This Class A high rise is one of the most prominent buildings making up Boston’s skyline, overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway, 99 High sits at the epicenter of Boston’s urban core—the gateway to both the Seaport and Financial District—offering tenants access to an unparalleled stream of energy and innovation.

Scope of work:

Draper was contracted by CBRE to modernize the sixteen (16) passenger elevators to wrap up a major lobby reposition project designed by Spagnolo Genesis Architects. This cab design utilized back-painted glass and a wood veneer to match the main lobby. The finishes were complimented by a dry ice acrylic LED back-lit ceiling.
