About The Project:
Seaport Place, a modern waterfront business center, began the transformation of the now thriving Seaport District. The mixed-used property includes two office towers – Seaport East and Seaport West – the Seaport Hotel, retail shops and two parks.
Scope of work:
Draper Elevator Interiors was selected to renovate the eight (8) passenger elevator cabs at Seaport Place – West building in collaboration with Structure Tone a global leader in construction management and contracting. The ownership group Pembroke worked close with Stantec Architects and Draper to design a stunning modern concept featuring LED accent lighting, leather wrapped handrails, architectural textured glass and marble flooring.
Draper hosted an in house mock-up review meeting at their facility in Holbrook, MA prior to installing in the field. For more information on the benefits of mock-up reviews please visit our services page. Draper also installed the lobby entrance frames made from 1/4″ stainless steel plate.
