About the Project:
This project was a conversion of an existing building in the South Boston Waterfront. It was converted from a single tenant office building into a life sciences/office building. Half of the building is laboratory space, half is office.
Scope of Project:
Draper partnered with Stanley Elevator Company to fabricate and install ten (10) custom elevators that feature decorative etched Galaxy Glass at the rear wall and Forms + Surfaces fused stainless steel, Kalahari pattern and seastone finish. The handrails and accent panels break up the stainless steel with a rift American white oak wood finish.
