About The Project:
100 Shawmut is a collection of 138 thoughtfully designed new luxury condominium residences for sale in Boston’s South End. This full-service luxury building merges historic charm with contemporary architecture that rises above the South End, one of Boston’s most renowned neighborhoods, offering sweeping vistas of Boston and generous private balconies, along with a comprehensive amenity program and private on-site parking.
Scope of work:
Draper completed two (2) elevator cab interiors for 100 Shawmut. The cabs continue the themes from the lobby with marble over the handrail panels and satin bronze below. The white island ceiling’s perimeter lighting echoes the cove lighting found throughout the building.
