Lauren joined the Draper team in 2022, bringing with her 15 years of experience in the elevator industry and a commitment to excellence in customer support. She began her career as a Co-Op for a major elevator company while attending Central Connecticut State University and has held positions of increasing responsibility, from customer service, parts ordering, event coordination, and has been a project manager in the Greater Boston area since 2015.

Having worked on several major projects during her time at two different OEM’s, Lauren applies that experience to keep Draper’s projects running smoothly and on time. Lauren is a Connecticut resident and will be splitting her time between CT and Boston to help Draper’s operation in both states.
