About The Project:
The first of three life-science buildings at Boynton Yards in Somerville, 101 South Street offers best-in-class, high-efficiency infrastructure where companies can imagine and grow. The full 1.3 million SF mixed-use neighborhood plan will include ample work spaces, residences, and a green park.
Scope of work:
Draper provided five (5) elevator interiors for 101 South. The design does an excellent job of bringing the theme from the lobby into the elevator interiors. Featuring a circular light fixture from Alphabet Lighting, Rimex Metals Black Onyx sidewalls and McGrory Glass mirrored rear wall panels complete the look.
